  • Pre-fabricated white partitioning that is 3m wide × 3m deep
  • Partitioning will be supplied for two or three sides of the stand, depending on individual requirements
  • Trestle table and 2 chairs (if required)
  • Fascia with company name in black
  • Two spotlights facing into the stand
  • Power (10amp, 4-way switchable multi-box)
  • Organisation logo listed on the website and app
  • A list of attendees (name, organisation and city) sent one week prior to the event. Excludes those who have requested privacy.

Important information

  • General exhibition stand bookings will open at 10:00am on Monday 2 February 2026. Stand location will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis and must be booked via the online booking portal.
  • The expo will be open to registered Congress delegates on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August. All Congress catering will be served within this area.
  • To support attendance at the NZ Dental Congress 2026, sponsors, exhibitors, and any companies represented on your stand agree not to stage educational courses, seminars, sales or marketing events targeting NZDA, NZOHA and NZIDT members during the blackout period 30 July – 12 September 2026 (four weeks prior to and two weeks following the Congress).
  • To maximise delegate participation, sponsors and exhibitors agree not to host private educational sessions or social events for the duration of the Congress.
